Maintaining order rather than correcting disorder is the ultimate principle of wisdom.

Traditional Chinese & Ayurvedic Acupuncture

Acupuncture works by using various points on the body that relate to different physiological functions. This type of therapy is used in both traditional Indian (Ayurvedic) and Chinese medicine modalities. Tissie draws on her knowledge of both traditions during treatments.

Other manual therapies including gua sha, marma therapy, cupping, tui na massage, and moxabustion can be used along-side the acupuncture treatment for best effect.

Also drawing on her yoga knowledge, patients can be given small breathing or movement practices to use at home in order to support change. Tissie has worked with people with a wide variety of health concerns, and ages. For testimonials click here.

Tissie completed her acupuncture degree at The College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, affiliated with Kingston University.
