Events & Workshops
Aside from having 1 to 1 sessions, where the depth of learning can be self-dictated, the best way to receive more in-depth knowledge about your own health, the health of the planet, and yoga in general, is to attend a Bia Wellbeing workshop or event. These events will have varying themes, and will be biased towards people with specific learning interests - but of course, everyone is welcome. Some events will also be held as part of a collaboration with other professionals who also promote greater wellbeing. Some of the various focuses of past and future events include:

Move & Breathe - June 4th 2017 London
A yoga mobility workshop perfect for beginners, or those who are seeking for a greater understanding of how yoga breathing is essential for helping improve mobility. Learn the different ways we can move the spine, the main dysfunctions of the spine, and gain an insight into how your own spine may be helping or hindering your mobility, plus practical tools you can use to improve the way your spine moves.

The second instalment of Tissie's yoga mobility workshop comes to Malaysia, hosted at CrossFit Lah. As before, the day is designed to be accessible to all abilities, aims to help participants gain a greater understanding over their own individual mobility needs, and how we can move our bodies with an intelligent purpose.
